The Enhance Program offers customer website, knowledge based tools, technical information and libraries, access to user groups, service packs, hot fixes, and new enhanced versions. With MBS Dev your Microsoft Dynamics™ AX application will always be upgraded and enhanced when you are enrolled in our Enhancement Program. We are enhancing our vertical extensions with functionality from feedback from our partners, customers and product managers. We listen to our customers to enhance the product for them and add the features that they require to stay competitive.
Value
The Value Program includes all the Enhancement Program offerings, plus 2 authorized callers, 75 incidents per year, 8am – 8pm ET support hours and a 4 hour committed response time.
Premier
The Premier Program includes all the Enhancement Program offerings, plus 2 authorized callers, 125 incidents per year, 24 x 7 support hours and a 1 hour committed response time.
Custom
The Custom Program includes all the Enhancement Program offerings, plus custom defined authorized callers, incidents, support hours and response times.
Flex
MBS Dev offers Flex 5 pack support and Flex per incident support at two pricing levels. Customers enrolled in an annual service plan receive significant discounts on both Flex Per-Incident Support and Flex 5-Pack Support.
